Hot chocolate bars and hidden staircases? Count us in! We kicked off 2020 by partnering the dsm hummingbirds with Rollins Mansion in Des Moines to bring 50 birds to their 2020 event calendar unveiling.
Originally built in the 1900’s, Rollins Mansion is a historic and sprawling event venue known for its unique architecture and beautiful views of downtown Des Moines.
Rollins Mansion committed to contributing in an even bigger way in their community in 2020 by expanding their offering of unique events. Gone are the days where you had to be a wedding guest to step foot through those wood paneled doors. From Downton Abbey mystery dinners to live music on their terrace, the general public will be able to uncover the beauty of Rollins Mansion. To kick off this amazing lineup of events, Rollins Mansion hosted a party for vendors and the hummingbirds in their space. The birds arrived in full flight, ready to build enthusiasm around a local brand. They mixed and mingled with one another and other guests all while capturing Instagram Stories and a selfie or two for social media.

Overall, the birds were able to reach 100,000+ people with their posts. What does that mean? Our hummingbirds post on Facebook and Instagram and in total have 100,000+ friends and followers.
